This PR adds an interactive syllabus tracker to help learners track their progress while following the DSA Bootcamp roadmap.
Features added:
The goal is to convert the syllabus into a lightweight dashboard so learners can track their learning progress more effectively.
File added:
DSA_learning_tracker.html
This tool can be opened directly in a browser and used alongside the existing syllabus.
