[BUG] TC-TSTAT-2.2 Test Script Not Aligned with Test Plan – Missing Test Steps and Incorrect Step Labels

Reproduction steps

Description:

In the Thermostat Cluster test case TC-TSTAT-2.2, the current test script is not aligned with the latest test plan.

• The test plan contains 22 test steps, while the existing test script includes only 18 steps.
• Additionally, the step labels in the script do not match the test plan structure.

The following test plan steps are currently missing in the test script:
2d, 3d, 4d, 5d, 13c, 14b, 15c, 16b, 17b, 18b, 19a, 19b, 20, 21, 22a, 22b, 22c.

This creates an inconsistency between the test plan and the implemented test script. Hence the test script should be updated to include the missing test steps and to ensure that the step labels are aligned with the structure defined in the test plan so that the implementation remains consistent with the test plan.
