Add ability to group documents on dashboard

Why

Improved organization for teams and organizations of multiple teams where individual teams have their own dedicated documents and get lost in the sea of noise.

Expectations

• Ability to create a folder from create dropdown
• Ability to drag document into the folder
• Ability to click the document action menu (three dots) and select "Move to folder" which prompts with a dialog asking which folder you'd like to move the document to.
